Personally I would try to get a replacement board first and see if that fixes it. You could also try to do a bios update for that mobo that may also fix it. If neither of those work than really amd's c1e state does not save that much power and you will be fine leaving it disabled.

It is causing a problem cause I have a ton of small files like that and it's not taking space on my hard drive or at least it's not showing what it's taking I mean. So basically I have not used any space on my hdd but I have a lot of files. Or am I just misinformed about this whole scenario ?

In windows 7 when you make a file that is 1 to 600 bytes it shows space on disk as about double what the size is. In windows 8 and 8.1 anything smaller than 600 bytes shows 0 space taken on disk. I just wanted to know why this is? My teacher was stumped as well he said maybe anything smaller...

Well for one unless you have a really good editing program it won't utilize that kind of gpu to its full potential. You need a video card that had double percision on it to get a much needed boost for rendering. And a amd cpu will cripple your editing speed cause they just aren't as good as...
