Windows 8 Isn't Making Shortcuts When Installing Programs
I've installed Notepad++ and Rosetta Stone, and noticed that both times Windows 8 doesn't make shortcuts on my desktop even though I have the options do so selected. How do I fix this?- JoshQuake
