Think i found the solution as im running in dual channel it only show 800 mhz even though its at 1600 because thats how it works and ideas. do you know if this is the case and i was being silly

I will be looking for a new gpu sometime in the future i currently have a r9 270x sapphire which is good enough for now, i literally only play BF4 and will be looking for a new card for the next one. any advice is good dont care for the make of the card as long as it is good.

I have i7 4790k processor and a ASUS Z97-P Motherboard. Got around £70 budget i have some ideas but dont want to rush into it.

Seems like a good build to me the only things you could do more is get intel i7 to extend the life before another upgrade.
