Yeah, I also have a similar setup ( I7 6700k, Corsair H100i) I run my cpu at 4.2 with 1.26, and I get about 65 c When playing games and at max around 75 c. But adam how did u manage to run at 4.6 GHz with only 1.23, if i do that my PC will crash under full load.

Short answer is no. It would be a veryyy laggy and not very graphically pleasing experience. You might be able to run it but trust me it wont be fun.

Those temps are perfectly fine, as long as the temperatures down reach above 85 c you will be perfect
