Don't worry, i get exactly the same weirdness with an i5 3350p - almost 15c variance between cores when idle. The sensors themselves aren't particularly accurate when the cpu is idle, the best way to test is to use a program to load all the cores (prime95 being my weapon of choice for testing)...
