I am trying to drain a custom cooling loop but even with a ball valve I end up with a substantial amount of water left in the loop. The loop is made up entirely of PETG tubing and metal components, would there be a problem with removing one of the empty tubes and using an extremely weak air...

No problem, thanks for trying. It's all within the return period from Amazon, it'll just be a pain to drain the cooling loops.

Nope, no beeps and i the motherboard isn't displaying any error codes.

No go :/ I'm thinking the motherboard is DOA. I had the PSU powering the pumps for 24 hours to test for leaks with no problems. The motherboards power indicator is on, but I can't even jump it.

OK, so this may be a stupid question but since I can't access the BIOS, how do I do a clean reinstall?
