Pressing the 'clr CMOS' button should reset the motherboard to a bootable state. Power it up, then press the 'clr CMOS' button, wait a few seconds, then power off the computer. Wait a few seconds, then power it back on. If it still doesn't power up, there's something more serious wrong with it...
