ah so an nvme drive is not much faster than an SSD drive as far as gaming is concerned So it would be okay to set it up as secondary storage?

Average user....it's for my sons computer..... he games...A LOT....i thought this would increase load time of games etc.

oh - I assume I'd install the OS on the nvme, then transfer data? Is there a guide to do this?

Yes, i tried both slots - and even tried to revert back to the original gpu but still will not boot drive

I'd like to keep my data intact....is a fresh install my only option?
