I understand. It is not very easy for me to just buy a new psu. I dont have alot of money right now and its not like i can sell the older corsair psu. So ill keep looking for other issues but i do think it is the psu.

No other cores are hitting 100%. Its all averaging around 60-70% or lower.

Installing complete new windows isnt the greatest thing to do but you have to install the gpu drivers before it can detect it.

try to reinstall the drivers. when installing drivers, it should detect the gpu. if it does not detect it, the gpu may be dead or not connected somehow.

this can not be the problem. a pc will start up even when the psu does not have enough watt. it will just hardcrash or freeze when under load.

try turning on with only the cpu and 1 stick of ram connected. when there is absolutly no response, even with another working psu, the motherboard or cpu is dead. its more likely the motherboard is dead, but its possible the cpu could be it. even tho a dead cpu is very rare if it was working...

what 12V cable? the gpu cable, the cpu cable, or extra fan cables? if you pc does not start when connecting a fan, there is clearly a short.
