Thanks for the quick reply. That's kind of what I was thinking. But just out of curiosity, (since I'm fairly new to this "enthusiast" stuff) how much performance increase do those timings really give? I mean, would a 15-15-15-35 still be worth $20 more than a 15-16-16-35?

I am looking to build my first "entry-level enthusiast pc" (in my words). I have been looking at memory for a while, and I have decided I will probably get the G.Skill Ripjaws 4 16GB kit, however I can't figure out why there is a $50 difference between these two kits...
