Trying to upgrade my pc, I feel like it is not enough to play the newer games at 144 fps at 2560x1440. Budget is around 400-500 dollars. Specs CPU i7-7700 Motherboard Asrock b250m-hdv Ram Corsair vengeance 2x16 3200hz Gpu gtx 1080 Psu 550-600 w (not really sure just around that range)

I upgraded my ram from 2x8 gb of gskillz 2400hz to 2x16 gb of 3200hz and now my pc won’t start properly. To boot it up i have to press the power once, it doesn’t boot up, shut off the power, start it up again then it shuts off straight away, then the third time I press it it boots up but it...
