Hello! I filled in the info on the main post, thanks for the advice! I did use DDU, instaled windows both from online and offline (Did it twice, one with each method*) To add, i tested the gpu on a friends computer and the issue persisted.

Zotac 2070 super mini GPU fans wont ramp up, they stay at 1200rpm at all times, even at full load and 87ºC Manualy changing the speed at afterburner or any other app doesn't work. Reinstaled the drivers, and did a fresh W11 instal, nothing worked. Any ideas on how to solve it ? CPU: i5-12400f...
