Do you mean tested it? No I only ran prime 95 which is the only test that had shown some errors before. Would there be any difference with testing them with the new CPU? I tested all the sticks multiple times with different configurations and they never showed an error.

This is weird: I ran sfc /scannow and now it says that it found and repaired files. It generated a log, I can link it if it's useful. The only time it had shown anything was when I started trying to work out the current problems a few months ago and I've run it several times since.
