I've already went through that for the most part and nothing, not sure if there's something I missed or did wrong but I can't find the solution in that thread

I'm having trouble having the computer boot up, I replaced the motherboard because I originally thought that was the problem, had the psu tested and it spun, tried shorting the power_sw pins and nothing. The motherboard lights up RGB but other than that, nothing moves. I have a GTX 970, FX-8350...
