  I haven't had any "bad" drivers at all. always newest from AMD. Just don't let MS install their drivers.

  Bingo. Good to AMD.com and under resources look for drivers and search for the rx6600. Their drivers the last couple of years seem decent.

  I have been using an AMD GPU (5700xt) for quite some time and have had 0 issues. Apparently the launch drivers had problems, though...
