Yeah, I do have the app, and I ran numerous tests with it, and also other third party apps, and each one of them says that everything's fine

Alright so, I just replaced the RAM stick of the laptop to a higher capacity, but it still crashes. I also checked if it's the hard drive, but it's not. I was thinking that maybe it's the battery, since the crashes happen only when it's not plugged in.

Okay so I just found out that the laptop's max ram capacity that it can handle is 12gb and i can't really upgrade the ram stick, so it may be the ssd, although I don't really know how to check if it really is the ssd

I'll try upgrading the ram capacity since it's pretty low for the standards of today haha, I'll see how it goes

The graphics card has no issues, and neither the CPU, although it says that the minimum temperature is 40 degrees celsius, I'm not sure if it's within the norm for amd-powered laptops

Alright, so I checked Device Manager and everything seems to be fine, and I also opened up the laptop and it wasn't very dusty, but i still cleaned it up a bit.

I'll check as soon as I get back home. There may be something in there since I haven't thought to also check the Device Manager.
