Well Ping is 50-70 Fps on Bf4 70-80 and drops to 10 or 5 and screen freezes like 5 second and fps up to 70-80 again

Hello I found this WEIRD a I5 2500 and a Gtx 760 2GB ( asus) is lagging as F*ck on Bf4 but on Bf3 it runs smoothly any problem?? updated Graphic card drivers and still nothing :(
