What PSU would you recommend?

As I mentioned I did take the whole thing apart and put it back together. Still kept having the same issue of not displaying signal and then the whole loop boot

Is there a way of me being able to be sure the problem is the PSU, like something I should look up at?

Oh I see, Unfortunately I do not have access to another GPU or PSU. Any Idea of something else I could try?
