Are you increasing boost clocks or base clock? I've found my 2500K was stable 4.6GHz 1.3V, but if I tuned turbo to run at that it would bsod even with voltage closer to 1.35V. Tried various LLC setting, but nothing worked, stable during prime95 small ftt but would crash watching a youtube...

Do you have the pump plugged into cpu_fan socket? If so I'm 99% certain the pump is failing. Other 1% would be bad sensor on the cpu fan pins, but then the temps would be normal. Tra plugging the pump into another connector preferably directly from the psu so it runs full speed and check temps.

That's what I'm thinking, board is definitely showing signs of life still, since it beeps with no ram and if I put the 3770K in I get 4 beeps. Cpu light aparently indicates not detecting cpu, but I cleaned the contacts, checked the pins, everything is fine, I tried reseating like 5 times now...
