No way, There is not way to make a cpu work with a adapter, you need a motherboard with the right socket for your CPU of choice, sorry man :( you could go with cheap motherboards though I could help you with that.

430w and 450 is not a big deal, well you PSU died, components don't last forever :(

Very bad PSU i would recommend a 600watt even if its a little too much still would be good for you, i would go with a evga 600 watt b1 bronze cheap and good and i recommend to everyone.

Put a cover on the windows, I'm sure where you live they have stuff to cover the windows of cars and the windshield so its not very hot inside .

Adapters aren't too good, I would try to get a connection to the monitor using a direct connection if you would wish not to do that I could help you more in choosing the right adapter for your monitor and gpu, now what input is your monitor? and what output is your gpu?

Is your gpu a used one? if not how old is it?

GPU now i would get a 1050 or a 1060 maybe what the other guy said a 1070.
