My computer doesn't even boot, no power what so ever

I just posted a thread about my motherboard not turning on, I didn't recieve any good information that seemed to help. My motherboard is turning on but my PC will not. All this happend when I switch my graphics card with a different pc. My motherboard is a Asus M4A87TD.

The computer was working fine, when I switched my graphics card, it doesn't turn on anymore. It's not the powe supply, I took everything out from the case to see it it'll work and still didn't boot.

Took out my old graphics card to install another, put in the new one and computer will not turn on. Tried putting the old one back in and it still will not start. I tried a different PSU, doesn't work. I took everything apart and did it outside the case and it still does not turn on. Motherboard...

Unfortunately the 650 TI is out of stock, is there anything else in that price range?

Could you recommend one? Also like I said it's a $500-500 budget PC.
