Is my PC good for basic gaming?

I recommend picking up a cheap best-buy desktop and just plopping a 750Ti in it, And yes, The 750Ti will run most new games good, Just don't expect too much from it, And no, That computer won't run Bo2 at 60Fps, You would be lucky to get 25 at the lowest settings.

The reason I recommended those cards is because they offer better performance for around the same price, and i still recommend picking up an SSD because it makes windows just so much more snappier, But if you don't want an SSD, Don't buy one.

Need final feedback before purchase of 1st build

I would personally drop the 750Ti for a GTX 660 Or R9 270, I would get a cost-effective SSD (ex: crucial MX100) And I would get a cheaper case (Ex: Corsair 300R) But if you're a silence freak, Keep the case. Other than those small gripes it's a fine build.

corsair cx 600 or seasonic 620 watt

SeaSonic all the way, Corsair's CX Series uses cheap capacitors that short out relatively quick compared to any better quality PSU.
