I build a new pc with a ryzen 2600 and a rx 580. When I play minecraft it stays at %10 usage and runs at 20 fps. How do I fix this ?? -

Question i5-6500 running %100 (minecraft)
I built my pc in late 2017 with an i5 6500 and an rx 580, the CPU struggles on small games (Minecraft)! I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I have 16 Gb of ddr4 which is enough to play Minecraft. My CPU is at %100 all the time and only gets up to 50-70 fps.
