I plan to use a couple of parts from the current pc in the new one (psu/ssd) so i won't have a use for the rest of the build. I will go with your second suggestion of using the windows 7 key to activate the fresh install of windows 10.

Its seems to constantly crash in specific areas of the map that have a high amount of foliage.

Tried re-seating twice, and tried to boot without the cooler installed so there was no pressure on the cpu.
There's no bent pins and no blown capacitors.
