    Upgrading Computer Parts.

it isnt ideal. low clock speed and only single channel. personally, i wouldnt be okay with less than 2x4gb 1600mhz 1.5v. how if buying new, the difference in cost between 1866 1.5 2x4gb and the 1600mhz variety is pretty minimal. the performance difference between 1866 and 1600 dual channel is...

that makes it a bit more difficult to pick parts for you, since i dont have a list to pick from. in general, get an ATX psu made by XFX/Seasonic/Antec. there are also good units made by other companies, but some particular series arent so great. for the current system, with just a single...

    A little opinion pls?

overall, not bad. ive seen worse on here. first and foremost - ditch that SFX PSU from silverstone. its made solely for tiny builds and there are far better performing units on the market that will fit into your ATX case. if you arent overclocking and never will, why not a 4590 and a cheaper...

    Upgrading PSU and GPU

"non-foreign" is quite relative. are you from the USA? UK? etc. it matters a lot for me to know where you can buy from and what currency your budget is you look online for the cards measurements, length specifically, then you measure from the hard drive cage to the opposing side of the case...

    Upgrading PSU and GPU

where are you ordering the psu from and what is your budget for this unit? the CX series isnt particularly good either. as far as knowing, for certain, if its fits...measure. im very willing to bet "the farm" that it should fit fine with minimal issue, if any issue at all.

    Upgrading PSU and GPU

any standard ATX PSU should fit, although i advise adding an exhaust fan at the least. i cant tell what size from the pics i see, but chances are its either 80mm/92/mm or 120mm all of which are very common and should be easily found

    Upgrading PSU and GPU

additionally, just did a quick google search for Lenovo H50-50. if what the inquiry turned up is the same lenovo pc you have, it should physically fit fine in the pcie slot. you may have to move your hard drive elsewhere due to length of card/wires being in the way...

    Upgrading PSU and GPU

the 970 will be fine in that mobo, youd never be able to tell a difference pcie 2.0 vs 3.0. you should consider getting a different PSU though. you wont need more than 550w (400w tops, really) and coolermaster is generally a pretty poorly made brand. check out xfx 550w. likely in the same...
