    Question RAM Timings, need help figuring this out.

    It is 3000mhz, its just that the ram speed fluctuates a bit so it shows that, and 6 mhz different isnt really a big difference in speed, probs 0.0.1 fps lol.

    You don't need to buy a new CPU, just get a good cooler and some good airflow in your case, the thermal paste that comes on the cooler is good.
