Well the weird thing is most of the computers I was comparing to actually had lower specs with higher fps, and rarely ever had dips. Thats why I came on here because I've been trying to figure this out for the past week and have had no luck.

In game it ranges between 30-60, normally on competitive I get higher ping. When I do speedtest online though I get 6 ping for idle, 109 ping for download and 330 ping for upload.

Yes im playing online but have d/s and u/s of over 100mb/s and have never had issues with internet before. All my drivers are updated to the most recent, and i've even tried backdating to drivers before and it still hasnt helped. and nothing is OCed, everything is at default
