I also have the same problem. Only browse the internet with ANY browser will cause CPU memory usage skyrocketed to over 80-90%. If I close out the browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox) then it goes down to 15% of so. My laptop has 8GB RAM and 128SSD, so it is not hardware issue. I am use Windows 7...
