Ok I've decided to change the PSU for a Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze. the only problem now is the motherboard which I still have no idea what to get, I'm looking for a cheap budget mobo and saw some ASUS H110m are they any good?

Do you guys have another option for the motherboard? and about the PSU.. is it necessary to change the VS450?
