It sounds like one of the blades is scratching/hitting something but only when it spins fast. I am assuming it spins so fast that it wobbles.

Paste? Kinda new to this, there is paste in the GPU? Now that you mention it, when I launch a more intensive game to run, I don't know which fan but a fan seems to hit something once it spins faster.
