It will run with low settings, but the r9 270 is a waste of money imo.. Isn't R9 380 an option? It'll be able to deliver high settings in witcher 3. Edit: The GTX 750Ti is more power efficient than the r9 270 but weaker.

I don't really see the need of upgrading that rig.. If you absolutely want to , you can sell your 970 and buy a 980ti as the others have already said. But SLI isn't really worth it and your CPU is fine imo.

Did you try emulating it as xbox 360 gamepad? You'll have a hard time getting it to work without doing that.

Somehow tomshardware doesn't let me login with my other account when using the mobile phone.. (I'm Mangaheld) However, I definitely get less fps without Mantle. When I'm playing on Siege of Shanghai, the fps drop to the 40s with directx while they stay well above the 60fps mark when using mantle.
