So in case anyone in the future has this issue, with the drivers already installed i ran some of the again. specifically, the Airplane switch driver. After that i ran the Wireless adapter + bluetooth driver again and it installed this time.

I may have fixed this somehow through a re-installation of the driver. I'm not sure how this would have fixed it due to the 1 Restore, Endless installs and re-installs of drivers. Unfortunately it is now installing 61 updates. will post back in here to update on my situation. In case the issue...
