It was more than 5 minutes as I had to remove my GPU to get to the switch. At least I able to get a little dust from the inside. I rebooted, reset XMP and we are up and running.

Nope, as the only change I'd made was for the XMP profile. Since I ran MEMTEST86+ with XMP, I see no reason to make that change. So, far DISM seems to have fixed things. I'll give it some time and post again.
