I overclocked my 8350 to stable 4,5Ghz anything over that it just crashes and reboots in a loop until I change it in bios also paired with Crosshair V Formula Z

I scratched my motherboard right next to the RAM slots while removing my cooler and now when I put both of my ram sticks in, the PC it won't even POST. But when I use only one stick in the first slot it works. Can this be fixed? Motherboard is Asus Prime B360M-K

Well it was in USB 2.0 so I did the oposite of what u said and plugged it into USD 3.0 and now it works. Thanks! :tearsofjoy:
