I have had my Ryzen 3600 overclocked in the bios at 4.2ghz. How much electric and life will ryzen master save being on 'Auto Overclock'?

I am running my 3600 with a msi x370 gaming plus, with a bios update coming from a 1700. All this talk about the VRMs getting hot is rubbish.
