Thanks, that worked for me after a restart.

Since I downloaded the most recent Windows 10 update I've had the command prompt popup at random intervals. It is usually to fast to read fully, but I can make out see the phrase, "Transaction_Processed(ing)" Another CMD came up but with no text in it. It was titled...
