I want to point that this occurs only once when I am booting up the pc. Afterwards the gpu seems to work alright, even tried some games on it and it worked as good as always.
Basically, when i turn my pc my gpu starts spinning its fans, then stops and after that it turns on again and works totally fine afterwards. I just swapped my psu so i guess that has something to do with it. Is that part from the boot up sequence or is there a problem with my gpu/psu?
I have an aerocool vx 700w powering a ryzen 5 2600 and gtx 1660ti. System is almost an year old. So far I didn't have any major issues with the PSU. I only hear a hissing sound when turning the pc on/off and a little bit while playing heavier games. As far as I know, aerocool vx are pretty low...

Hello and sorry for the late reply. At the end I stopped at sapphire nitro + rx 580 4 gb, because it is relatively cheap in my country and seems like a good choice for a slightly overclock and in general.
Hello as you probably guessed I think of getting a rx 570 gpu. Basically in my country that gpu is one of the cheapest of its kind, being more expensive only than the asrock 4gb and 8gb version. I will only play up to 1080p, but decided that this card will be more future proof, since it has 8gb...
