Yeah, I reinstalled windows and installed the drivers that the ASROCK support guy recommened and it still happened. So the board is faulty, im gonna get it replaced.

I think it has. The problem hasnt occured yet and I left my PC on the whole day and I did not get the problem at all. (When it occured around 1-2 times a day earlier) I'm probably gonna RMA the motherboard, but I'm waiting for asrock to respond to my email.
