just updated to 106.0.5249.103 and videos in new tabs keeps refreshing (but not as many times as when I asked)

When you right click a video and select Open in New Tab, most the time that page will keep refreshing (but it seems to happen on ONLY Google Chrome but other browsers are fine) but there are a few videos where I Open in New Tab and that page does not keep refreshing Do you think it's a setting...

I started up Train Sim World 2 and while moving, I screenshoted this, is that a normal temp....google search says between 65° to 85° Celsius (so the top line is fine but should i be worried about the hot spot line?) when a game isn't running the temps are anywhere from 37-50
