Again, 4690k sentiment. It just has more room for you compared to the other chips. Throw a decent air cooler on it, overclock it where you need to and you should be just fine.

So I just put this together, you can always choose some things differently to adjust for pricing concerns. It's modern, and it's partially upgradeable, so when budget allows you could theoretically throw in a better processor or gpu, and more ram. Does not include OS, or peripherals though...
