Thank you for your try but I figured it out on my own I just had to press the menu button on my monitor and mess around with the settings.

Randomly a small blue window pops up in the middle of my screen saying Auto adjustment Not Available,and then the text switches to brightness 100 with a yellow slider which i have control over same with the whole popup. How do I get rid of it? Info: Monitor: Samsung Syncmaster T200 Resolution...
