I suspect it was the power cables, today I turned on my PC and it told me to plug in my PCI-E Power Cables, so I checked and the 6+2 pin wasn't fully plugged in and loose, I plugged it in and since then, no problems, been running the system for like 6 hours now, will report back if the issue...
