Looks better now. With hibernation it goes pretty much totally silent. Now if I have the drive mapped in windows, windows seems to wake it up after it hibernates. It goes to hibernatin but wakes up within coupole of minutes. I wonder if there is something that could be done to it. Oh well, have...

So far: 1. Installed HDD and managed to turn on the NAS. It is definetly NOT silent so far. Haven't magaed to try the hibernation yet. Have to see how it works. Hopefully it is silent when in hibernation.
