With my i3-2100 thats in my HTPC with the stock HSF I get mid 30C in temps. With my i5-2500k with the H70, I get 25-26C. These are all idle temps, and for the 2500k, thats the temps at stock (no OC). I can't imagine with the stock cooler you would get 65C at idle... maybe at load but...
