Ok..... So I've facing some weird issue with my RX 6600 gpu that i recently purchased. While gaming, I'm getting ~60 ish fps no matter what settings i use.... Tried both high and lowest settings. NO VSYNC or FPS LIMITER is active. The annoying part is , the GPU is not being fully utilized...
