How big of a difference do you think it will make?

Hey man, thanks for suggesting these. I have ordered the same stuff you mentioned, the processor arrived today and im waiting for the rest of the stuff to arrive :) Excited to play on this beast!! EDIT : I couldnt find 2x 8 gb RAM for similar price, can I go for 1 x 16 GB ram?

It is 3 years old, and the budget is around 450$ for Mobo & processor, I already have the gpu

I have an antec 650w PSU so I think I should be fine?

I think the current parts are irrelevant as I'm upgrading almost everything. I plan on streaming in the future and I'm on a budget which is fully utilised if I buy the mentioned components.

It happens when I play any game, it rarely happens when the PC is idle, and yes, the other psu was 600w as well.
