So now my problem is my PSU fan is blowing hot air into the motherboard. Man what a troublesome case.

I now see my mistake. I installed the PSU backwards on top of my case so the airflow is restricted by the case. Thank you good sir for pointing that out. I'll re-install it in the right place then I will monitor the temps then I will get back to you guys. Thanks again

I have a seasonic m12II 620w and it heats up furiously when I game for just 20 minutes.

Will 4gbx2 hyper x of the same frequency work with 4x2 gskill of the same frequency?
