Update. It is forsure my computer.. played flawlessly on a different pc. Drivers are up to date. More troubleshooting is needed

The lag spikes happens in every game that I have tried. I also played perfectly fine when I connected my pc to my hotspot. What would you try in terms of troubleshooting?

I am using wifi. But its never been an issue for the years iv lived here. I tried 8.8.8.8 and that all looked like it was in order as well
