I was curious if a gtx 1060 3gb w/ i5 7600k would be able to handle dual 1080p monitors with stables fps in various games. Would I see a significant drop in fps?....Gaming on one monitor, Discord/Teamspeak, Youtube/spotify, on another Games I play: CS:GO OVERWATCH PUBG DOOM

I am looking at pc builds, in my friend's build he has an AMD FX-6300, the build I am looking at has an i5 7500k processor. I'm just curious which processor is overall better for gaming, and everyday use, so I don't waste money. Let me know.
