Title basically explains it all, Im looking to build a new pc and want to know if i can get by without buying a hard drive and use that money to put towards a more expensive gpu.

I am currently running a 3 year old IBuyPower Prebuilt PC that has an i3 3220 CPU, a NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 GPU, and a 300 Watt PSU. I have a budget of around $500-$600 max depending on how much i get for christmas money. I currently play Counter Strike Global Offensive mostly, I also play Arma 2...
